Detailed below are various policies that you may want to read carefully before placing an order. As this is a small, independently run business, the current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for shipment after an order is placed. Each order is hand-made for you at the time of purchase in Chicago, IL. Payment

I accept major credit cards as well as Paypal. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been accepted.

 

Shipping

Orders will be shipped about 2-3 weeks after date of purchase. A confirmation email with tracking number (if applicable) will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

USA:

I ship via USPS First Class Mail at a flat rate of $7.95 or UPS Ground at a flat rate of $13.95 per order plus $1.00 per every extra item. This includes insurance and a tracking number. You should expect your delivery to arrive within 3-5 business days.

International:

I ship via USPS First Class Mail International at a flat rate of $16.00 per order plus $1.00 per extra item and this will take approximately 6-10 days for delivery to most countries.

Import taxes/duty fees are different for every country so please be informed of your country's policies and fees regarding importing goods from the United States and be aware that it will be your responsibility to pay these extra fees if they apply. 

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Each piece of jewelry from Safiyeh Uddin is made to order. Therefore, I cannot accept exchanges and returns should you change your mind or order the wrong size. However, I can re-size items for a $40 fee + shipping. If you are not sure of your ring size, I highly recommend getting sized at a reputable jewelry store. The dimensions of each piece varies and may effect the size you need, so it would be a good idea to take this information with you if/when you have your finger sized.
